Skyscrapers? Busy streets? Subway systems? People constantly on the go....
Holding delicious hotdogs while they cross busy intersections.
Wait, what???
More than Wall Street, Sex and the City and high fashion, it's the food that draws me towards the Big Apple.

New York is mecca to some of the wold's most iconic eateries and now we can enjoy the same flavors without traveling for thousands of miles with a new menu created by TGIFridays aptly called a "TASTE OF NEW YORK".

Begin (or end ;P) your degustation journey with the new Broadway Peanut Butter Jelly Milkshake - a rich concoction of peanut butter blended with vanilla ice cream on a layer of blueberry jelly, finished off with whipped cream and served with peanut butter jelly crust.

The Big Apple Burger is a gastronomic delight! Made with a flame-grilled premium beef patty and layered with sauteed onions, gruyere, grilled pancetta and apple mustard (served with fries). It's the perfect savory to match your choice of sweet milkshake.

For pescatorians, enjoy an ethnic experience with a dish inspired by one of New York's most popular boroughs: Queens.
Fresh tilapia, sauteed cajun shrimps with rice pilaf and lemon cream sauce is what the QUEENS ALMOND CRUSTED TILAPIA AND JALAPENO SHRIMP is made of. A personal favorite of mine.
If you prefer chicken, there's the Manhattan Sausage Stuffed Chicken: plump and juicy chicken breasts stuffed with Italian sausage and cheese, served with rice pilaf and pesto cream.

And I saved the best for last...
Probably one of, if not the best representation of New Yorker food: the hotdog!
TGIFridays offers their own take on this signature street food by turning it into a gourmet feast. Think grilled Andouille sausage in an herbed bun with pickled cucumber and drizzled with a classic combination of mustard and mayo.
The MADISON HOTDOG is a sure weiner!
