relaxed urban military outfit

I've said it a million times before and I'll say it again. Food always comes ahead of fashion. When I go out for dinner, I make it a point to dress for eating with style as an afterthought. Of course it's good if you can blend the two together instead of forever relying on garterized sweatpants. Which is why instead of sweats, I always opt for loose tops and outerwear instead. They're just more versatile and easy to style.

This night was no exception with the promise of a pizza and pasta party at Woodfire Bistro for the launch of a new product.

Yes, the food was worth dressing up for. The fresh pasta was excellent and perfectly cooked. So was the pizza. Will definitely be back for more. Zumba first, then pizza. :)

And before I forget, I'm wearing my new gladiator sandals from Mango Touch. The dupes of the Isabel Marant Carol's that I blogged about HERE. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. They are super comfortable.
