tropical print skirt, stella mccartney inspired
Probably one of the best bargains I've managed to find online is this tropical print skirt that is actually part of a set (as seen in a previous post) that I bought from Jhajing a couple months ago. The entire set cost me roughly around P500 and I've been rotating and mix and matching them endlessly since that day.
Been spending a lot of time with my Mamita lately since she's scheduled to leave the country in a couple of days and won't be back for some time. Helping her out with last minute errands and stuff. Eversince I was a little girl, I was always expected by her to dress according to a certain standard which used to irritate me a lot during my 90s grunge phase but by which I now apreciate a lot. So I wore this outfit during one of our day-long trips together and I'm happy to say that it got the stamp of approval from her though she did say that I was a little bit too colorful; her being a fan of neutrals and more conservative shades.
On other topics, Happy Halloween! What have you guys got planned for tonight? I'm attending a costume party later but I still have to decide on who I'm going to be. Planning to wear something homemade. So far, I've narrowed down my selection between Imelda Marcos and Axl Rose, I know polar opposites but I have this old Maria Clara dress from an "Aguinaldo" affair some time ago and you all know about my leather pants, so there. Who do you think I should go as? Who are you dressing up as? :)
