My best friend hails from iloilo and their "manang" at home is a superb cook! We basically grew up together. We've been best friends since fourth grade so although I'm not an Iloilo native, I have learned to love their cuisine. These are some dishes that I want to try making at home. I'm no "Manang Lai" but I hope it turns out even just a little bit close to hers.
